Mr. Rajeev Dubey is a distinguished business leader with an extensive career spanning over several decades, currently serving as a Member of the Group Management Board of Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. He holds multiple directorial roles across Mahindra Group companies, including Mahindra Ugine Steel, Mahindra Intertrade, Mahindra First Choice, Mahindra Steel Service Centre, and Mahindra Retail. Additionally, he serves as the Chairman of Mahindra Insurance Brokers and Mahindra First Choice Services. His leadership extends to the company’s sustainability and corporate governance, where he chairs the Sustainability and CSR Councils and is a member of the Corporate Governance Cell. Rajeev Dubey's professional journey began in 1975 when he joined the Tata Administrative Services (TAS), the prestigious managerial cadre of the Tata Group. His career within Tata Steel spanned 21 years, during which he held various senior positions, including Chief Resident Executive in Delhi and General Manager of Town Services in Jamshedpur. In 1996, he was appointed Managing Director of Tata Metaliks, followed by his role as Managing Director of Rallis India Limited in 2000. During his tenure with Tata Group, he was also a key member of several high-level committees, including the Executive Committee of Tata Quality Management Services and the Tata Council for Community Initiatives. Rajeev Dubey joined Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. in January 2004, after a remarkable tenure in the Tata Group. His focus areas at Mahindra include Human Resources (HR) and Industrial Relations (IR) initiatives, the After-Market business vertical, Corporate Communications, and Corporate Infrastructure & Services. Rajeev holds an MBA from the Yale School of Management, USA, where he was awarded the prestigious J N Tata scholarship and was later recognized as a Distinguished Alumnus. He has also recently earned the GPHR (Global Professional in Human Resources) certification from the Society of HR Management, USA. Apart from his corporate roles, Rajeev is actively involved in various industry committees and academic bodies. He is the President of the Mumbai Chapter of the National HRD Network and a member of several CII committees, including the National Committee of Indian MNCs and the CII Apex Council on Affirmative Action. Rajeev also serves on the Governing Board and Advisory Council of the Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management and is a member of the Advisory Council of Population First, Mumbai Chapter.
